I really enjoy getting my nails done here. They are polite and efficient. The massage chairs are in good condition and the actual, physical massages are even better. For a chair massage get the taller Asian guy, he’s amazing. They’re on the more expensive side but it’s worth it.

Great mani-pedi! The service was excellent and quick (because I asked), the place was clean, there were a lot of colors to choose from, and pricing was transparent. I went with 2 friends, and we were all happy.

They do a very good job servicing, but they practically demand a tip. They ask before you get the bill. Very distasteful. This happened to me more than once here. Gel manicures

Critical: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityThey did my nieces nail prep in the parking lot. I told the guy 5x she had gel powder tips on but he kept saying it was acrylic and taking it off like they were acrylics Her nails were burning. I had to call the lady in the salon to make him stop. They messed up my nails and the girl doing my pedicure cut me. The waxing is behind a curtain that anyone going to bathroom can see through the sides so don’t get bikini or Brazilian only good thing I can say is the guys hive good massages but even those are out in the open absolutely no privacy or social distancing here. Careless use caution and don’t bring kids. They did my nieces nail prep in the parking lot. Critical: ProfessionalismI went in for a polish change with my daughters and while the place was clean and the service was good, there were some subtle things that I found concerning. We were the only customers of color at that time and I was asked to pay before my nails were polished which makes sense and didn’t seem out of the ordinary until I saw that three of the other customers (white women) were asked to settle their bills after their manis were completely finished. The person who appears to be the manager kept calling me “Keisha” even though he never asked my name and that was my first time visiting. He apologized when I corrected him but something about it didn’t feel right. Their preconceived notions about black women clearly impedes equity in basic customer service and sadly, I will not support this business again.Services: Manicure, PedicureI went in for a polish change with my daughters and while the place was clean and the service was good, there were some subtle things that I found concerning. Critical: Professionalism, ValueFirst, they did not honor my mani/pedi gift certificate. Then the color i picked was $5 extra. They kept pushing a Spa manicure. They stated the covid regs were in force yet one of the men started to give me a back massage and they wanted me to buy a 10 min massage. The manicure and pedicure were not enjoyable and not professional. I would not go backFirst, they did not honor my mani/pedi gift certificate. Then the color i picked was $5 extra. Everyone is so warm and kind here – they are professional and clean and always do a beautiful job. The owners are lovely and always welcoming. I haven’t found a better salon in either Westchester or NYC.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I have been doing gel mani and pedi for a long time and have never had such a botch job! The guy who was doing my feet did not even bother to remove the cuticles from my feet. He basically slid the scrubber up and down for 3 secs and he was done. He literally finished with my feet in 10 minutes including painting them. Oh and he forgot to put a gel color, I was so aggravated vated I just told him to leave it. When he went to do my hands he tried to remove my cuticles without soaking my hands!! I said NO, my cuticles are dry and might bleed. He was so oblivious to the steps of a decent manicure. I will NEVER return to this nail salon not even if their mani-pedi is $5. If you want a great mani-pedi go to Ridge Hill, it may be a little more but it is sooo worth it. It will last you up to 3 weeks!!!
