My hair has been done a month now; and still looks good:) Still tight and no braids has come out:/ Service was fast and friendly; and the place is always clean when I go. Across from the McDonald’s and next to the Chinese store that sells really good food ; and down the street from the mall:)

Amy’s Hair Braiding did a phenomenal job on my hair. I called early in the morning to several other salons and was hung up on repeatedly. But when I called Amy’s they answered and said come on over. I have received so many compliments on my hair style and people have asked to takey photo to show the stylist when they go to get thwir hair done.I will definitely be returning. It was also clear that they are following Covid-19 regulations. The stylist wiped down the seat used after each client departed. Worthy of another visit.

They do great hair, however they don’t prioritize appointments. I had a 9am appointment. People without appointments started coming in and they got to get their hair done before me! The owner told me she had to do someone else’s first because it was a quick style. It took two hours and I didn’t get my hair even started on until 11am. It’s also very unprofessional because they had their kids running all over the place constantly wining and interrupting the process. She was also very rudely on the phone loudly the entire time she was doing my hair which slowed down the process. Idk why they even take appointments because they don’t prioritize them. I feel like they prioritized all of the usual customers and gave them service first even if they didn’t have an appointment which isn’t right. I will give them another chance cuz overall my hair looks good, however if ur impatient or look for professionalism then this isn’t the place for you. Change my mind actually. Got my braids two weeks ago and I’m already about to take them out because they are loose and look beat like I’ve had them for months. Never again will I go here.

Critical: Punctuality, QualityI got knotless braids. My appointment was at 9am, they were late. The hair used was not light weight. My hair was not braided down to the end, it was blunt cut so when I put it up in a bun hair is sticking out everywhere. Really disappointed for $180.

This is a terrible, terrible place to get your hair braided. After getting my hair twisted less than a month ago, I had to take it other today because it was coming out. My hair looked horrendous! When I talked to the owner she gave me the run around about getting it fixed within the week I gotten it done, and after me calling her several times she said to come in and get it done and that she herself would.do my hair. Well, When I got to the shop, she wasn’t there AND she wanted the same person to work on my hair that did it previously. When she finished “fixing my hair”, she said that I had “white girl” hair and that was the reason why my hair was coming out. I wouldn’t go back there even.if you said it was free! STAY AWAY!!.
