Lichen Sclerosus
Lichen Sclerosus is a chronic skin condition that can affect any part of the body, but most commonly affects the vulva (vaginal lips) and skin around the anus in women. We have multiple options to treat this condition.
Hysterectomy
A total hysterectomy means that the uterus and cervix are removed. In some cases, the tubes and ovaries are removed along with the uterus and cervix. This is called Total Hysterectomy with Bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy. In a Supracervical Hysterectomy, only the uterus (not the cervix) is removed.
Annual Gynecologic Exam
Annual gynecology exams are intended to provide preventative health care services. This includes updating/reviewing your medical, social, & family history; a thorough physical and gynecologic exam; Pap smear, screening for genetically-linked cancer syndromes, and discussing birth control options.
LEEP
LEEP is an abbreviation for loop electrosurgical excision procedure. The LEEP procedure is a 10-minute, simple treatment for abnormal cells on the cervix where the abnormal cells are cut away using a thin wire loop that carries an electrical current.
MyFlow Endometrial Ablation
Novasure is the main device used for MyFlow® Endometrial Ablation at our clinic. MyFlow® , most commonly known as an endometrial ablation, is a minimally invasive treatment that uses technology to treat the thin layer of the lining of the uterus to reduce menstrual bleeding.
Aviva FemTite Scarless Labiaplasty
A scarless labiaplasty is a nonsurgical vaginal treatment used to shrink and reduce the vulvar tissue (labia minora, labia majora, clitoral hood, perineal body, introitus and mons pubis) using the AVIVA FemTite device by InMode.
Anal Skin Tag Removal
Dr. Brenner utilizes the Ellman Surgitron, a unique instrument that has a cool tip, so thermal damage to the underlying tissue is able to be minimized or even eliminated. During this procedure, anal skin tags are excised, resulting in a smooth and natural looking perianal area.
Clitoral Hood Reduction
Clitoral Hood Reduction, also known as Hoodectomy or Clitoropexy, is a cosmetic gynecologic surgery to reduce the skin surrounding the clitoris.
Hymenoplasty
A Hymenoplasty is an elective cosmetic gynecologic procedure to restore a woman’s hymen. Rebuilding the hymen has also been called hymen restoration or hymen reconstructive surgery.
Perineoplasty
Perineoplasty is the operation used to correct either a small vaginal opening or a large gaping opening. This surgery repairs the tissue and tightens the muscles of the vaginal opening to make the perineum more aesthetically pleasing.
Labiaplasty Majora
This elective, cosmetic gynecologic procedure reshapes the outer vaginal lips. The outer lips, known as the Labia Majora, can become elongated, saggy, bulge or appear asymmetrical. During a Labiaplasty Majora, Dr. Brenner will remove excess skin to reduce, reshape, and rejuvenate the Labia Majora.
Labiaplasty Minora
Often, uneven Labia Minora tissue that cause chronic irritation, rubbing or discomfort during sexual intercourse. Labiaplasty is an elective, cosmetic gynecologic procedure that can improve the aesthetic appearance, comfort, and function of the vulva.
Vaginoplasty – Vaginal Rejuvenation
Also known as vaginal tightening or vaginal rejuvenation, Vaginoplasty is an elective surgical procedure to tighten the inner and outer muscles and structures of the vagina. Goal of Vaginoplasty is to enhance vaginal muscle tone, strength, and control.
Labial Puff
Loss of volume or the appearance of deflated labia majora can be corrected non-surgically. This is performed with a simple office injection of a filler, which has been termed labial puff.

It is clear that the staff members enjoy their jobs, love what they do, and they are extremely patient focused. Everyone I’ve dealt with was beyond competent in their duties. I love that the office is so focused on overall health, not just the Western Medicine basics. This is the first provider to ever discuss hormone testing and treatment with me. The spa-quality robes are a bit stiff, not soft, but otherwise the place is more like a spa than a doctor’s office, which is especially wonderful and unique when going for your annual gyno exam. They have a complimentary fancy coffee and tea machine for while you wait, but I’ve never been able to get my coffee made before they call me. So I take it to go after. I drive 45 minutes bc it’s such a comfortable and caring environment. I’m sometimes tempted to try a closer practice, but this is the only doctor office I’ve been at that doesn’t feel like a doctor’s office, and I really appreciate that for gynecology. They’ve been my gyno for several years, ever since Dr Brenner helped me say goodbye to heavy periods. They always listen to all my symptoms and concerns, they’re always gentle and give plenty of warning before touching down there, and they offer a chaperone to help you feel more comfortable and safe in such a vulnerable and undignified position. They’re very proactive about overall health and wellness, reminding about dexascans, mammos, and cancer screening beyond just reproductive organ cancers, like “talk to your pcp about colonoscopy and cologuard”, (and they see men for hormone issues too). They bill insurance for everything they can, but always tell me in advance what’s not likely to be covered. They have a lab right there for blood work, and they do a great job of looking for hormone imbalances underlying symptoms – even “normal” symptoms like PMS and hot flashes, where bioidentical hormone balancing can really improve my quality of life. They WILL prescribe birth control but made a point of discussing with me and my teenage daughter the research on influence of artificial birth control on blood clot/stroke risk and lifetime breast cancer risk. Her pediatrician just wrote the script like it was harmless. I’ve seen several practitioners, including Dr Theiman, Whitney (so sad she moved on), and now Brittany, I don’t remember other names, but Brittany’s assistant Leslie was also great. I’ve just never had a less-than-stellar experience there and will keep going for many years, until I move into my retirement RV life. Probably then too.

I have been doing the AB Warrior program since Aug. It was $1000.00 – I was told I would get peptide and give myself a shot once a week and follow their Nutrional coaching. I wasn’t given any time period and really very little other information. My mistake for not asking more questions. It is now January and I finally reached the 2000 calorie level. (This is a reverse diet, so I started at 1000 calories and weekly increased per their instructions.) They said the weight would come off as they reduced my calories. I went to 1600, then 1300 and then to 1000 calories in the last 3 weeks. Today I was told to increase to 1100 and to increase my peptide to 14. I wrote back explaining that I only had 1 needle and enough for 1 more injection of the 10 units that I had been on. My coach told me if I wanted more peptide, it would cost an additional $900. If I didn’t pay that, I wouldn’t get anything – no coaching, no peptide – just done. Why would they give me enough for half a program. I am stunned by the whole process/program. I will be leaving the program and the practice. I will find another gynecologist that isn’t so money hungry.
