My lash extension appointment was with Andrea. She was very kind and helpful when I had questions. My lashes came out perfect. I got a lot of compliments. I have gone to several lash techs prior to Andrea and have not been happy with the results, so I was happy that I finally found a lash tech that works for me.

I had been coming here for months to get extensions done with Cara and had been nothing but happy with her work! I am moving away from the area and wanted a lash lift to last me until I could find a new esthetician. I understand that a lash lift is no where near as dramatic or noticeable as extensions, but I just wanted a little curl to my lashes. I came in for a lash lift today with Andrea and not only was I unable to see the slightest difference before and after my service, but she was very unconfident and unsure going into the appointment, stating multiple times before we started that sometimes people see no results with a lash lift and that she can’t guarantee I will be able to see any difference in my lashes. At this point I asked to not move forward with the service, as Andrea had made it clear that she was not confident in her skill set and was told that I would be charged half the cost of the service due to their cancellation policy. While I understand that the policy is in place to help prevent last minute cancellations, I feel like this “cancellation” was due to her not being able to provide the service I had showed up for. I ended up moving forward with the appointment, as I did not want to be charged money, whilst not receiving the service I asked for. After my service I sat up and thanked her, and as she was handing me the mirror, she stated, “well I did the best I could”. She made sure to set the bar very low from the start and failed to meet it. I am beyond upset at her unprofessional attitude and her lack of confidence in her own work, especially after having several amazing experiences with Cara!! I am so sad to have to leave a bad review after receiving such great care with Cara, but after being charged for a service that did absolutely nothing to my lashes, paired with Andrea’s lack of confidence and lackadaisical attitude, I felt it was necessary.

What a disappointment, I’ve been looking forward for this treatment for a treat for my self after delivering my baby. During the derma planning process I felt sting and burn on my skin and I made a comment about it at the end of the procedure with the lady who did it (Rachel) and she didn’t say anything about it being cut. Later on I saw on the mirror that I had 2 cuts on my face and when I mentioned this to the owner, she said this is normal and expected to happen in this kind of treatment. Well… The thing is, this is not my first time having facial derma plan , I’ve been having facial derma plan for over 10 years in many different places and countries and I have never ever had a cut on my face. And no, I will never expected that my face will get cuts after a $130 procedure!

I went for dermaplaning, which I have been getting done for two years. The esthetician who did it was very kind and friendly, but I ended up with multiple cuts on my face, some fairly large and noticeable. She was in a rush because other appointments had run late, but 30 minute appointment didn’t even last 20 minutes. I’d like to give them another chance, but I’m unhappy with the results I received and do not think I’ll be returning.

Greetings! On Wednesday, June 1, 2022 I experienced a wonderful massage thanks to my daughters that gifted me with a generous gift certificate. The massage was a combination of relaxation and deep tissue. The room was quiet and perfectly equipped with everything needed. My massage therapist moved with ease as my mind floated away. My next service was a facial. I didn’t know what facial I needed. I am currently experiencing hormonal surges (I can’t bring myself to say the meno….word) Since the Fall, I have battled acne worse than a middle schooler. Nose, chin, cheeks. I would get one area clear and bam! No lie, I was playing whack a mole. After Jen and I talked, we learned we were on the same page. I needed help! She rolled up her sleeves, put on her superhero cape and got busy! She addressed my issues. My facial was customized to my needs. Jen explained every step of the process. I wanted to yell AMEN!!!! I shared with Jen that I was becoming very self conscious about my face and was uncomfortable going without tons of concealer, foundation, and anything I could find that might hide the red, inflamed acne. Today is ONLY the second application of their revival masque. My face no longer itches (Jen used this magic wand that killed the bacteria that was causing problems), the inflammation has drastically reduced (she used light therapy to assist in healing) and my face is becoming soft once again! It’s unfortunate that I can only give 5 stars as Jen and her staff earned 10! Jen and her staff provide the most amazing, relaxing massages AND have the expertise to help clients with problem skin. Thank you AMS STUDIOS!
