Critical: ProfessionalismUPDATEFor a private owned business google reviews are the key to commerce. I would feel that appropriate apology would have rectify myself to take my review down or change it however. The response that was given on here was far from the truth. Your employee was short with me and interrupting me. I spoke calmly with her never raised my voice she made it clear I was wasting her time. Perhaps I would have purchased a package if she took the time to be understanding also the fact that if I left a voice mail never came up. Clearly to come on here and to fabricate a false narrative to what happen shows you actually don’t care what customers perceive you as. Never did I ask to speak to a manager or for free things all I asked was to be treated with respect which clearly in this time you believe that you are to good to retain customers or treat new ones with respect. I did in my previous review claimed that I understood knocking on the door was not allowed however while running a business you should know that if you cannot open the door to let customers come in you need someone to service them via phone. You clearly gave me a back handed apology and now I will be broadening my negative reviews to other sites. If you learn to treat your potential new customers correctly and not treat them like a inconvenience then perhaps your business would thrive more. You cannot go through life believing you give a superior product that alone gives you the right to act how you like. Shame on you and shame on your horrific apology.Went to buy a gift certificate nobody answered the phone after 3 calls knocked on the door lady seemed very annoyed I did. I do realize there is a sign saying no knocking but they should have someone to answer the phone. Told me I could not buy a gift certificate due to covid and if I wanted I could book an appointment and pay primarily because of refunds they needed to make on gift certificates last year. To me this does not make sense a gift certificate should be used as an alternative form of currency. If they wanted to solve the problem they should just void expiration dates on their certificates to keep the customers satisfied It’s a real shame because I planned on purchasing their deluxe package but evidently they do not want my money. The fact that every mother for Mother’s Day would probably love a day spa and they are losing out on a huge market.
