I will never come back here again!! I have never left a bad review anywhere but I couldn’t not leave one after my horrible experience here. They get you in by selling you a discounted facial which is nothing but washing your face and putting moisturizer on and once they convince you to upgrade they don’t even give you the services you paid extra for. I upgraded my facial to get extractions and a personal mask. The lady did like 2 extractions! I asked her how she could be done so quickly and she said if you want full face extractions you pay $60 extra!! Isn’t that something she should have explained before we paid $40 to upgrade to get extractions? Not to mention the service is terrible. I still have 1 more session that I paid for, needless to say I won’t be going. I’d rather waste my money than to ever go back there again. In fact I left with my face feeling worse than when I walked in. Do not waste your time and money going here

I had two appointments for my mother and I, a very nice lady called two days prior to my appointment to confirm the two apps, we drove for 1 hour and it turns out one appointment wasn’t confirmed so they cancelled it. Not nice the Asian lady that was there was very arrogant. I rather loose the money then go back to this specific place.

A representative by the name of Ismael walked into MY SALON SOLICITING MY CLIENTS for facials. Considering I am a full service and do facials. Unbelievable the nerve and desperation to drum up business, what a joke. Not only that but parked in front of my business on private property!! Ive been a Esthetician for 20 years and pay a lot of money for my store front. He also was walking up to people asking for cash!! With no permit to solicit in the city of La habra. I will be talking to the city to report your business. Bad business ethics for sure and wouldn’t go near your place, I will also be putting you on blast for this stunt all over facebook and social media.
