Highly recommend Amor Sanas, currently the only Fire & Ice spot in Rochester. Atmosphere is top notch and the waiting room is an exotic forest of plants, crystals, and good vibes. Damaris & Staff are amazing and I had the best experience with their Infrared Sauna, Cold Plunge, and Massage. The Fire & Combo of sauna and cold plunge is next level, and left me feeling invigorated, cleansed, and rejuvenated. The massage with Zulma was absolutely fantastic and so relaxing. If you’re looking for an hour getaway to revive your system, this is it!!!
