Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityMy appointment was set for 10:15am, which she confirmed, I left at 11:00am because i was tired of waiting for her to finish a sew-in, cut and style. She also had another lady waiting before me to recieve hair services. I told her i had an appointment at 12pm and her response was i should’ve told her I had other appointments for the day, which I don’t believe is none of her business. When i asked for my deposit back she said no refunds on deposits even though i wasn’t at fault. I know stylist book multiple clients at a time but they also manage to work on everyone at the same time. I believe she triple booked and couldn’t manage. Very unprofessional experience.
