Went in to get a pedicure and the nail technician seemed as though she had never done a pedicure before. She couldn’t get my nail polish off— didn’t know proper soaking techniques, and was very rough while pushing my cuticles back.. even after complaining that she was hurting me. I’m not even sure she was a certified technician. I can say that all the products and chairs/sinks that were used were clean. Additionally, there was only one tech and they lost at least 4 customers because they couldn’t service anyone.

Went here to get my nails done. Absolutely horrible service the nail tech didn’t cover my whole nail. The nail tech was also very rough with my hands and nails. I was in this place for 3 hours. Do not recommend going here to anyone
