I went to get nail fix. As soon as I said I them done at another salon they were rude. Repeatedly ask me questions about the other salon; how much I paid, how long it took, how many people work there.. when she was done I said that the mail was curved and she just ignored me. I thought it was a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. First time I had my nail done in 10 years.. They had a sign up that says not responsible for lost or stolen items. After the polish she told me to go to a table by the door. Well the salons I’ve been to always take your purse for you but my lady didn’t so I did.. I messed up 3 of my nails. She got very aggravated and fixed the nails then she said No worry about purse. Well I’m sorry. But I do worry about my purse. Also she’s at me at the table to air dry. I expected that UV machine to dry them. Trying someplace else for a fill

The first time I went to this salon it was fine. I came back a second time for a fill and the design started chipping 4 days after I had them done. So I asked if they could repair it, I also informed them that because I use a keyboard all day for work, maybe if we file down to a square shape that the design would last longer. She proceeded to tell me she would need to charge me $30 for that and would have to “soak” off the original set. As soon as I got in the chair there was a male technician he was very aggressive with my hands and burned me as well. He then said I was rude…when I pulled my hand back. I will never ever ever go back to this location again. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. Just terrible.

I have been coming to this location for approximately 3.5 years now. I often bring friends and family with me and today there were 4 of us celebrating a girl’s day / birthday. The pedicures were amazing, as always. My 17yo cousin requested custom nails which turned out perfect. I have gotten a gel pedicure and wear tactical boots at work and they never peel/chip. We loved our services today!

Let me start by saying this, I have been coming to this place of business for over a year now because a friend recommended I come here. I instantly fell in love with the staff’s great customer service and the decor! My experience today was more than upsetting! I came 3 weeks ago to get a BRAND NEW set and paid $70 for all services provided (length, design and dip powder). Today I go in for a fill & two nail repairs. The tech, Mike tells me it will be $65! $65???!!! That makes no sense at all. Why would I pay just $5 difference than the coat of a new set??? I told Mike he can discontinue the service and I left. Now I’m out here hands looking like an entire struggle For the price he wanted me to pay I should have just popped these 3 week old nails off & got a new set for $70! And they stood on the decision. Needless to say, I will not be returning! And I have always tipped generously! Sad!

I’m always fair with my reviews, and in most cases they are positive. However, I got my nails painted at this location. The person who did my nails had to clean off and repaint one finger 3 times. She was hurrying through my nails, and when I left the salon they looked horrible. I was upset, to say the least. They immediately started to peel off. Ive never had such a horrible experience. This was day 6.

If i could give this salon 0 stars i would! me and my friend came in to get our toes done since i’m going on vaca and she needed a good pedicure as well. we sat down and the lady who did her nails was rushing a lot, my friend told her exactly how she wanted her nails to be cut and when she showed her how, she shoved her hand away telling her “this is better for you” then proceeded to paint her toes like a 5th grader and didn’t care about how it turned out. we paid and left very unsatisfied. then we came back in asking for a refund or anything and they turned us away telling us that we come in all the time and complain. we have only been here 2 times! i asked for her to look at the cameras and she proceeded to walk away. we came back in and asked for them to re do them and they did but very annoyed. i will never come here again!!!

I went on Sunday about 1 hour after they opened I had 3 different people start and finish my regular manicure. I did regular polish no gel or powder. I just wanted my nails basically shaped and polished. The woman who started seemed rushed and very rough her shaping skills with the files were poor. My right thumb nail is uneven after she clipped it and filed it wrong. She used the cuticle cutters and had my pinky bleeding the entire time.
