I wish I could give no stars on here!! I had a bikini wax scheduled for 6 weeks. When I went in for my waxing there was a different girl there and she said you’re here for your arm pits? I said no for a bikini wax. She told me she does not know how th do them. They advertise bikini waxes and she doesn’t know how to do them! She’s new there but why would management leave her there when she doesn’t know how to do a service that is offered there and that you have on your books for an appointment. Then she told me the girl that used to do my waxing is in India. Needless to say I was not happy at 4 pm on a Friday. And needless to say I will not be returning to a place where they have no regard for other people’s time or needs. They could have called and told me ahead of time. Truly irritated!

I’ve been going here for the past 8 years for eyebrow threading. They did a lot of my bridal wedding prep like facial, makeup, waxing, etc. Deepa is wonderful and kind. Amita is always responsive if there is an issue. All the locations are clean and classy. You can make an appointment if you don’t want to wait. If you walk in, the wait is never more than 20 minutes. The price is reasonable. I usually frequent the Clinton (Tops Plaza) location but also been to the Marketplace mall and Webster location. The marketplace mall may be a longer wait due to traffic but the ladies there are really kind and patient if you are have increase skin sensitivity. Never waited at the Webster location. I’ve referred many of my friends and family to Amita’s.

I had Very bad experience. Dealing is very poor. Services are just ok but not upto mark. They charge commercial price for every service but services quality is below the standard. I was committed to have 60 mint service but the staff did for only 40 min and charge for full time. That is very unprofessional dealing
