Absolutely wonderful, I highly recommend. Shop is nice, staff are beautiful friendly people. And my hair looks way way way better than I ever imagined that it would. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualitySo I called at 5:28 pm to ask if she had time to do a haircut today she said she had someone at the moment so I asked her when I should come by and she said I’d be waiting for 30 minutes so I said that worked and I’ll be there in 30 minutes, once I arrived she was still finishing up with her client which was totally fine considering it had barely been 30 minutes. Once she was done she swept up the hair and I did not see her sanitize. She then said next and a boy who was in there already got up and sat in the chair. I then told her that she had told me 30 mins, but said he was in there before me, this is exactly why I called her you can say I made an appointment with her when she told me 30 minutes. She greeted me When I arrived but did not communicate that I would have to wait even longer, Or that another person was before me, I was there for almost 30 minutes waiting when I first arrived. My 9 year old daughter heard me make the call and was with me when this happened and she said that’s not nice! I’m giving her 2 stars only because She’s cut my hair before about 3 months back and I really liked it, she did exactly what I wanted. So I called at 5:28 pm to ask if she had time to do a haircut today she said she had someone at the moment so I asked her when I should come by and she said I’d be waiting for 30 minutes so I said that worked and I’ll be there in 30 minutes, once I arrived she was still finishing up with her client which was totally fine considering it had barely been 30 minutes.
