Worst place ever to get a haircut for your kids. We went today and ASKED if they were ABLE to cut my son’s hair. They said YES so I was confident they were going to do a good job. Well it was a huge mistake my poor baby walked out with his hair like in the photos. If you can’t do something please say it. I didn’t mind paying more than usual but with this I regret it.

I went in for a hair cut and to get weved highlights on the crown of my head by the way they charged me over 400 dollars for and with tip almost 500! I wanted icy cool highlights even showed a picture to the lady and that’s not even what I got!!! I got a couple strands that were that color and the rest was a brassy darker blonde I didn’t want! And she just told me oh just use purple shampoo the more you wash it will lighten ive never in my life had a stylist tell me this it was just done and I know it could’ve happened if she would’ve waited longer instead of taking me to the sink right after she foiled it! I hope they can make this right so I’ll be calling but I paid a lot of money for this and it wasn’t even close to what I asked for and the reason I did it is because I was sad and wanted a change not a mistake.

Got my nails done because I was going on vacation and left the salon extremely disappointed. Every single nail is crooked, slanted, uneven textured, and all different lengths. There was acrylic on the skin around the nails and all over random places on my fingers. And the gel polish was all over the place, some fingers major gaps from the cuticle and some in and over the cuticle.The extension tips she glued on were the wrong size and were not even glued down all the way some nails were going up in the air. And even managed to cut me on a finger with the electric nail file. Every time I would try to tell her something, she would get upset, roll her eyes, and tell me she knows what she is doing, just let her do her job. And at the end, I saw how slanted they were when she wanted to start the gel polish, I asked to file my own nails, and she would not have it, was very upset and just kept going. In the end, they still charged me 70 bucks for it. I asked to talk to the manager or owner, and they were not helpful. Did not want to speak directly to me. Only through the girl working the desk. They offered either to redo the nails or a refund. I said i want the refund. Then owner said “ohh thats so much we will be left with nothing.” Then changed their story to only refunding back 60% because they “still need to make money to”. Its been over a month, and I still have not seen the money or heard from them.

Can’t say enough things about Rani! I went in months ago for a pedicure and inquired about my eyebrow tinting. She looked at them and said I would have better results if I used some castor oil to let them grow. I appreciated her honesty. I came back months later and I love the threading and tinting results. She is wonderful at what she does and is an even nicer person! Thank you!

If I could do no starts I would. I scheduled a head massage/oil treatment. That seemed relaxing until she was finished… I had more time to kill (before my movie) and she asked if I wanted a steam facial. I said “sure, why not.” Facial was the worse one I’ve ever had. She was super rough and only used 1, maybe 2 products on my face and the wiping technique was terrible. I asked if she would be able to rinse my hair out since it was so oily. She shampooed and conditioned my hair. Went to brush it out and my hair looked like a rats nest! She was clueless, I ended up at the hair wash station and was conditioning and combing my own hair out. Ended up ripping a lot of my hair out to get all the knots and tangles out. A customer came in and saw what was happening, turned and walked out. And, she charged me full price for the oil treatment and facial! The oil treatment is what made it into a huge knotted mess!! I couldn’t believe it. Over $115 to damage my hair… would not recommend! If you go, you’ve been warned!

Went here with my girlfriend for a pedicure and it was honestly an amazing expirence. Ive been to many other salons but this salon was had a very good environment and the prices were really good! I would recommend coming here! Also the employees were super friendly and nice! Pedicure, Manicure

They did my bangs so uneven! And got many hairs uncut so I had to removed a lot of long hairs from the front. And they cut must of my bangs from only one side to cover the rest of my forehead which was the main reason it ended up slanted Haircut
