Worst haircut ever. Hella expensive! Paid $55 plus tip for uneven haircut. Haircut was done in more or less than 10 minutes. She didn’t make sure my hair are all same length. Got a good haircut. The stylist was friendly and talkative. It only took her 15 minutes to cut my hair, I think I gave her the impression that I was in a hurry. They did Dave me because I needed my haircut that day and I was on my lunch break. Also convenient that it is in the mall.

I’ve been coming to this place for the last year to do my eyebrows, upper lips and recently also facial. All services are very easy to schedule and everyone is really nice and careful with your requests. I felt a little anxious the first time doing my eyebrows, because I was scared it would not be as I wanted it to be, but quickly I lost that anxiety and at the moment, I come here very relaxed and I don’t mind who is doing them for me because all the staff are great and careful. Facials have been a great addition and an amazing relaxing time, I’d recommend it to anyone:)

I ended my memebership here because apparently everytime I came in and waited there was someone ahead of me. When I sign-In I’m going to wait here and not go somewhere else. It happened to me more than three times! The ladies are nice and can thread eye brows. I just don’t really like the service here. It seemed that it happened to me way too much. It also seemed like the lady working always put her friends in line first. When I was waiting in like first. There’s always just one person working which doesn’t make sense because this place is always busy. I’ve waited in line almost 45 mins once and could have been longer but I ended up leaving.

I was with my wife today at the kiosk. My wife was really picky with her eyebrows. I was in the shop at tanford mall in the kiosk. I asked the lady, and she said her name is Sandhya. I asked her how will be the service and she assured me she will take care of my wife. I called my wife and she did my wife’s eyebrow and lip. My wife is very happy with the service . She is very friendly. Sandhya also told me about the punch card , but we barely go to the mall. We decided to come to this place and look for sandhya again. I will recommend everyone to go with her.

My stylist Ruwaida works here and she is Wonderful. I recommend her all the time. She suggests the right haircut for your face and is a genius with color and highlights. Ruwaida’s updos and styling are terrific. I always receive compliments on my hair after I visit her!

Critical: ValueI got my eyebrows hennaed for 35 dollars, which they don’t post their prices. I had to start filling them in before the end of the week. Their membership club has no discount. I would never purchase it again because they probably will be out of business by the time I use it.

Horribly staffed. In the last three days I’ve spent over 1.5 hours waiting, forced to leave the past two days due to a commitment. Im going on 25 minutes tonight. I would pay more to go somewhere more efficient.
