The service was wonderful I love my hair the only thing is that everyone that day was late ok cool but another client called I’m not sure if she was late or not she stop doing my hair and attend to the other person hair I was there until 10 o’clock what kind of person stop and leave u there to attend to someone else that was late and I made it there first well I don’t know the plans they had but the professionalism was not there she should knock the price down or something even if she was a loyal customer still business is business I was a upset but I maintain it beautiful job but more important to who you attend to people would have went off u don’t do that to people spending money and u leave them

Had to get a bald fade because one one of braiders was lazy and didn’t know what she was doing. I told Amina what was happening to my knotless box braids as they were growing out and she wasn’t concerned making sure to not taking responsibility and charging me for take down. I only gave 4 stars because my braids were too tight and something that they used on the front of my hair turned my hair white and even though my braids came out nice it didn’t look like the style that I showed them. I wish they could style just like the picture that you show them.
