It was my first time at Amici and I have to say I am very happy and satisfied with the service! I went to get my nails done and Kellie did an amazing job, she knew exactly what I wanted and was excellent at her work. She is very friendly and amazing. Loved how they were all so professional. Very clean and bright space. My tech Monika was great. FYI: Monika does not work for Amici’s directly, she rents space in the salon; so her prices are different from what is listed on Amici’s site, and she only takes cash. Plan accordingly.

Worst experience ever. Asked for small highlights, the hairdresser bleached my hair and the highlights were super big, chunky pieces, super orange and patchy. Told her I wasn’t happy with the result, so she bleached my hair again and it still was brassy with chunky pieces. I told her I don’t like how my hair looks she went to tell me there is nothing else she can do about it. Finally after two weeks the owner called me back and offered to dye my hair back to my natural color. Crying in dark fried hair rn . I don’t know how to reply to your response, but I showed her the picture of what I want and the pieces were not chunky at all. The front of my hair did not have any color; just the back. I don’t know how to include pictures here but I can show you how my hair looked like after she finished.

I made an appointment for 6 pm and kellie didn’t honor the time and when I said I would like to reschedule she says “cancellation fee is charged” very rudely charged my card for No Service and walked away I’m sure she has a bias against minorities
