Amici Spa & Nails

Critical: QualityI really hate to leave a negative review because the tech was friendly and she got me in quickly, however the end result was something less than desirable. I have had my nails done for about 18 years, so I’ve been to TONS of salons in multiple states and I have NEVER seen such poor quality as I did from Amici. I asked for short-medium acrylic and told her I prefer coffin shape. She completely ignored all of that. The communication between her and I was very difficult. She cut them VERY short leaving no option but square. The acrylic was SO think and uneven then the gel polish on top of that was uneven and made them even thicker. By the time I left I looked like I had pieces of Chiclets gum on my fingers. The part that hurt the most was paying $50 for something I went home and soaked off immediately. I will not be back nor will I recommend this salon. I chose to tip $5 to thank them for their time and their efforts but I will not go back. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityTracey is AMAZING. I have been going to her for a very long time and each and every time she does beautiful work. Super nice, the shop is always clean, and the quality of work is perfection every time.
