Scheduled a last min blowout for the holiday weekend. When booking, I stated my hair was thick (in case extra time was needed).. appointment was scheduled for 2pm. Got a text from the stylist at 1:20pm saying it has to be pushed to 2:30. I showed up at 2:23 and had to sit until 2:47 before my service started. No apology for the wait. The stylist did not use any heat protectant, told me my hair was too dry to curl with a round brush, and then wasn’t going to use any hairspray on my hair.
