Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis was a horrible experience from start to finish. I made an appointment for my 2 daughters and myself. It took them 2-3hrs to even start on our heads. They went on store runs in the middle of doing my daughters hair. When the woman that was doing my daughters hair finished, she stood in front of me and DEMANDED her payment. As if we were not still in the same shop and I wasn’t still getting my hair done. Like we were going to skip out or something. She stopped my braided in mid braid so that I could get my purse and pay her. Only to sit and still be there by the time that I was done. It could’ve waited a little bit. And now it’s been almost 1 month and I have lost about 10 braids. All of which are on the edges of my hair. Completely pulled them out. I have never had braids falling out of my hair in my life. This was a horrible experience from start to finish. I made an appointment for my 2 daughters and myself. It took them 2-3hrs to even start on our heads. They went on store runs in the middle of doing my daughters hair. When the woman that was doing my daughters hair finished, she stood in front of me and DEMANDED her payment. Positive: QualityThey do great work my hair was done within 6 hours and they are all professional. The quality of the hair for my braids where perfect and the price was reasonable as well. I will never go anywhere else but this hair salon to get my braids done. Also I tipped for the quality and professionalism as well.Service: Hairstyling

I don’t recommend any of my ladies coming to to this hair salon! Hair appointment was at 9am i didn’t get in the chair until 11am… One of the ladies had an attitude for no reason. I only had my braids in for 2 weeks braids already coming out! They charge too much as well! PLEASE DON’T COME HERE TO GET YOUR DONE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE IT’S MORE PROFESSIONAL.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueOctober 2020Warning… Pay attention to the red flags. It was my first time getting my hair braided here. My experience was Horrible, Torture!!! I called the week prior to inquire about small box braids and to make an appointment for 9:30AM. The man gave me the price said yeah ..ok regarding the appointment. I figured the appointment was set. I arrived at 9:15 and the shop was closed. Eventually, a man and a woman showed up at 9:25 and of course I assumed she was there for me, just to find out she was there for someone else. The braider then said, she would call the owner to come in. The owner arrived around 20 mins later. It then took her some time to get herself together. Finally, she started and after two rows of braids in the back…an African lady walked in and she just stopped braiding my hair, walked to the back and began talking to the lady for 20 mins. I was very patient because I had my sister-in-law’s wedding to attend out of town in a couple of days. There’s no regard for another person’s time. Now, as she was putting the first row of braids in (digging into my scalp with that medal clamp that holds hair out of the way) with every braid (no Exaggeration) she managed to connect strains of my hair into another braid. She then begun to cut the strains until I said something. Then she pulled them! Now, I am not tender headed at all in fact my scalp is pretty tough but that hurt. Oh, not to mention the base of my hair had shine and jam on it. The braids were extremely tight and the parts were various shapes which would explain some of the hair pulling. They are called box braids for a reason(the way the hair is parted)!!!!! Also, the braids were a little bigger in the front. When the braids were finished she put mousse on it so at the time I couldn’t tell and because the braids were so tight when I got home to put something on my scalp to soothe it I noticed my hair sticking out of several of the braids in the back. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityMy stylist was quick clean and didnt do it too tight. We took a 15min break out of 6 hr which was great. Everything was the same size and i will be returning.Service: Braids
