Over the past couple of years I have been a repeat client of Julie’s for botox. I drive 45 minutes from my house to the office and have never missed or been late to any of my appointments. My last appointment I confused the time. I thought it was 3:30 and it was actually 3:15. When I arrived at 3:30 they informed me of my mistake and said Julie needed to leave and couldn’t see me. When I called to reschedule they informed me that I owed a $75 no show fee. I informed her that I did show up but she wouldn’t see me. They didn’t care. I have never been treated in such a dismissive manner. I will never do business with this establishment again.

I recently started going to Amherst Laser & Skin Care Center after a terrible experience at Pioneer Valley Dermatology (PVD). Julie at Amherst Laser & Skin Care Center is such a caring and kind practitioner. Julie consulted with me after I had a laser treatment at PVD that left me with burns, swelling, and significant discomfort. Julie immediately made me feel comfortable and assured me that she would take great care of me moving forward. I have had a much better experience at Amherst Laser & Skin Care Center. From the moment you walk into the office until the time you walk out, you are greeted by the warmest and most attentive staff. I have truly never had such a positive experience at a medical office. I will continue going to Amherst Laser & Skin Care Center and have already recommended them to several of my friends. Please do not leave your skin care needs to anyone else – this practice is the absolute best!

I love their new location. It has been years since my last visit. I have a condition that causes redness on my cheeks and the lasers help with it. I had never seen Dr Weiztan before. He is straight forward, funny and lays out all the options and the charges right up front. After the options and risks were discussed the treatment was done followed by a cool cloth and a good brand of sunscreen. It was a good day and I was pleased with my experience. PS If you go in during your bday month you can get 20% off any individual treatment.

I have never written a review before but I was so impressed with my experience today I had to. I went to Julie for Botox in my cheeks to help with my teeth clenching and not only did she work with my budget, she explained how I could get the most out of it. They were so professional, timely, and I left feeling informed and confident that I was getting what I came for. 10/10, will definitely be exclusively going here for all skincare + Botox related things! (Also, she gave me a “1,2,3” with each needle which was so helpful as I was nervous)

I have been going here for years and years. The laser hair removal I’ve had originally nearly 10 years ago is still gone. This wasn’t the case with another place I had tried. The practitioners are caring, attentive, medical providers who take time with you and give you insight on what is best for you, not just up selling you on unnecessary treatments. The location is easy to get to, and park at and the clinic is spotless.

I had an appointment today, and when I got there they said your appointment is canceled. I had not receive any call or any txt message from them about this last minute cancelation. I already have taken time off from my work to go to this skin care center, and took the bus to get there since I do not have a car. I think they should have confirmed that I received the txt message before canceling my appointment. It was a big waste of time to go there.
