My Aunt and I took a girls day out a few months back and loved the experience and the treatment we received. I’m excited to say we are going back every chance we get and making it our getaway girls night out go to!!

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismWell – I wish I could say it was a great experience and a great salon/spa. But they messedup my reservation and offered nothing. They couldn’t work me in – it was simply they scheduled me wrong and that was that. However – I got an “I apologize for your misunderstanding.” I asked for someone to simply say “I’m sorry” and I got a “god bless.” Seems spa services and apologies are just too hard.Well – I wish I could say it was a great experience and a great salon/spa.
