Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI had an appointment for 1:00 pm on a Tuesday and the salon was running right on time. It has been at least 3 years since I went to a salon, but since I have a wedding coming up I figured I better leave it to the professionals. I was helped by Ana who really clarified the differences between acrylic, gel, and dip nails. Based on both the design I wanted and the integrity of my nails, she recommended that dip would be the best option. I liked the fact that she walked me through the process, was patient with answering my questions, and gave recommendations based on what I might want to do for future appointments. I also liked how she took the time to check on a sample nail of what I wanted before she did the whole set. She also made great recommendations when it came to my pedicure about a regular polish versus a gel. She did not try to oversell me at any point during the appointment, and she was honest about the services. Overall, this is probably the best experience I can ever remember having at a salon. It has been at least 3 years since I went to a salon, but since I have a wedding coming up I figured I better leave it to the professionals.
