I purchased a three laser hair removal package. On the day of my final session (5/7) I had to reschedule last minute. I ended up cancelling that appointment and rescheduling for 6/4. When I arrived on 6/4 the staff member stated that I had already completed my three sessions and would need to pay for this appointment. I explained to her I had not had three sessions as I cancelled my appoint on 5/7. She continued to state that I had in fact been seen on 5/7 because she was the one who supposedly saw me that day and showed me my chart that had the “documented service received”. I guarantee you I was not at this appointment! I was able to obtain phone records from my cell phone company showing that I called on May 7 to reschedule my appointment and thankfully have CAMERAS outside of my home so I have VIDEO PROOF showing me WALKING INTO MY HOME at the time the staff member is alleging I was at the appointment. I am waiting for management to return my call but I cannot believe the rude manner I was treated in, the fact that the staff member insinuated that I lied, but most importantly that a staff member FALSIFIED my records! I would definitely not recommend because of this experience. Clearly no professionalism in falsifying someone’s records. This is also theft, as they are not proving me with the service that has been paid for them to give me! I will update with management response once I hear back and definitely take this complaint further if it is not resolved .

Just had my first laser treatment with Alexia, she was quick and super professional. I’ve had electrolysis and laser in the past and been to lots of different places. I felt comfortable and everything was explained well, and the treatment was quick and relatively painless (especially compared to electrolysis!). Highly recommend for laser hair removal!

There is no difference in my appearance. The Dr wasn’t listening to what I was trying to accomplish. Thankfully I didn’t buy anything more then the Groupon, he tried, but I said no! He said come back and I can make your eyes look so much better, no way would I go back!

This place is so unprofessional and a waste of time! We booked an appointment 2 weeks before and we showed up on the appointment day. They were closed! They didn’t not open the door or answer the phone. We ended up leaving a message and they didn’t brother calling back. Completely useless!

Horrible, just horrible experience. I would never ever recommend this place. Now it’s my last third session here, and I am waiting outside of the building in my car. They rescheduled from my Monday appointment when I just came and all machines did not work, for Saturday and now I am here but the building is closed. I will add my foto to prove I am here. Just unacceptable relationship with people, like we are not a human and we don’t have kids or family and we can spend our time to come here for a couple times for nothing.

The doctor was kind but very hard to understand (thick accent). The product they used on me did not work. Two weeks later, I called to let them know and they told me that it wasn’t surprising to them that it didn’t work. I wish that was explained to me prior to me using their services. I’m giving them 3 stars for their kindness, not their products or service.

Staff was excellent and took good care of me and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. Office was neat and clean. Ambience was soothing. After 3rd treatment only i can see visible results. Would highly recommend this place.
