Purchased a groupon and left numerous messages for an appointment. Never heard back from them. My groupon expires and I finally get through to a live person! I was told to come in for my appointment. When I arrived, I was told my groupon wasn’t valid and I would have to pay full price. Beware, poorly run and dishonest. I think there is a scam going on here.

No wonder you have the worst reviews. I just called to reschedule my appoitment since something came up and I can not show up. The girl who answerd the phone had the worst approach I have ever experienced. I have never been charged for rescheduling the app even if it was the last minute but this time they want to charge me and stated ” well, you signed the papers you need to pay! I do not have an authority to not charge you!!!!” THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! and just so you know I would not even mind paying but having an attitude towards your clients will not bring your customers back. You are just upset I have a free service due to my paid package! THE WORST place. If I could give you 0 I would!

Horrible place. Used a Groupon. Botox and Juvaderm did not work he is not registered Plastic Surgeon! Charged 35 for numbing cream and everywhere else it’s free. Go to a regular plastic surgeon 1000 times better results. They do not know what they are doing there and a waste of lots of $! Seriously, a huge rip off! Go to a registered Plastic Surgeon for Botox or Juvaderm, etc. Place is a scam!

He did on me one side more than the other side he thinks I’m going to go back to fix other side . No never ever go back there . bad bad bad front desk service! I called to ask about the facelift service they advertised in Groupon and the girl in the phone couldn’t answer what it was exactly at all. After holding me on the phone for a few minutes, she directly cut me off on the phone! I couldn’t imagine what kind of bad experience I would have if I really go there! will NEVER NEVER NEVER go there!

I bought 20 Botox Injection package from Groupon and when I went there doctor suggested me to have 30 units but i went with 20 but that didn’t help so I went back and took 10 more units and surprisingly the results were amazing and as expected….I would strongly recommend this place.
