Scheduling the appointment for my repair was pretty loosey goosey (I called with initial request and didn’t get a confirmed date/time until several days later). But the guys showed up and were able to diagnose and fix the issue in less than 30 min. We had a client with a discontinued Amerec steam shower switch, after tracking it down down and ordering it, I ran into a few hurdles finding someone able to install. I reached out to America’s Steam and Shower, Nancy helped my schedule an appt for a few days out (and was immensely patient with me). Alex came yesterday, did what several people could not, installed the switch and saved a home sale that would have not closed without it. They will 110% be our preferred steam/sauna/whirlpool repair/vendor because of this! Take the time, trust Nancy’s process, and get it done right with them!
