This is just my own experience I had. I paid $50 for a haircut and beard trim for the first time in years and after I got home and washed my hair I noticed there were clearly uneven spots everywhere so I called and asked if I could stop by and have it fixed, he said Jake stepped out and I said I’d rather have it fixed by someone else. He said he would call me right back and I never got a call back, no excuse for that. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Seemed like a cool group of guys tho.

Hands down best barbershop I’ve been to. Chris has been cutting my hair for years now and I have never left with one single thing to complain about. You won’t be disappointed with Jake’s cuts either. Their fades are second to none, and they will make you better looking no matter what style you want. They’re both welcoming, funny, and easy to talk to. Americana is very family friendly, but also a great spot to go to if you enjoy hilarious banter between the barbers and customers. I honestly don’t go anywhere else.

Jessi created the coolest curly mullet/Mohawk on me when she was in barber school! She was the only person I let cut my hair and still the only person I trust with it! I followed her to Americana where she is thriving. She gives a clean bald fade and makes my confidence go through the roof. As a female the Atmosphere at Americana is welcoming and comfortable! 10/10 would recommend Jessi as a barber!
