So 1st let me tell you that I am very picky! I am so happy that I found this place. I’ve been to so many other eyebrow threading places that do not practice necessary sanitation. They do not wear their masks when they’re in your face, and most importantly, they do not wash their hands between clients or other tasks. However, this place got it RIGHT! Jyito was so incredible!! 1st of all, she was VERY clean and made me safe and comfortable. She was also very considerate and careful to check in to make sure she was meeting my expectations and wishes. I’m beyond grateful! She exceeded my expectations and made a lasting customer of me. I will definitely be back and utilizing some of their other services as well.

Great experience! My eyebrows are naturally different shapes, and she was able to make them look great. The process was quick, relatively painless, and she was very kind. I did make an appointment the day before, which was for when they first opened, and they took somebody during my appointment time. I don’t know if they had an appointment at the same time or if they were a walk-in, but I was on a tight time crunch today so that was a bit annoying. However, she worked quickly and it only delayed things about 10 minutes. I’d just recommend focusing on appointments first and walk-ins after that. This was the second time I’d made an appointment; I had made one before, and the place was closed and nobody was answering the phone which was very frustrating. So if anything, I’d just note that their work and service are great, but their appointment process could use some work.
