They shouldn’t even receive 1 star. The owner is horrible and ignorant. I purchased a gift certificate for Mom for Mother’s Day. They already had gift certificates made out for a manicure. However, I decided to purchase a manicure with gel nail polish so the price was $25. The lady that helped me crossed out the amount for a manicure and wrote in $25. My Mom recently went in to get her nails done and they wouldn’t except the gift certificate and even went as far as to accuse my sister that was with her of writing the $25 correction herself. She then had to pay for her nails herself. I had to come back into the store with the gift certificate since I was the one that purchased it. When I got there the manager wasn’t there so the nice gentleman that is a nail tech called her and put her on the phone with me. She then told me she wasn’t in the store and I’d have to wait an hour for her to get back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
