I used to go with Sophia before the new owners. Now that she’s gone I go to Lily. She does great work and listens to what I want. This past weekend I took my cousin in with me. I went with Lily and her with a different tech. It was a younger woman with glasses. We both got exactly what we wanted. Lily was great with me as always but the tech my cousin got was a little rude and rough. Her work was great though. 5 stars for Lily but 3 for the other woman. Her work was great (pictured) but customer service no. I recommend Lily for sure though.

I have been to this place twice, The first time it was okay, pretty normal gel pedi, nothing crazy. The second time was this gel mani. The color application as you can tell is not even, I didn’t notice till someone brought it to my attention after i left the salon. The girl looked alittle lost when she was appliying the gel but i didnt think anyting of it. From what I can tell the middle finger nail looks darker than the rest smh.

My friend and I had an appointment at 10:30. We got acrylic nails and the baseline pedicures and were there past that 1:00. In the past, before this place was bought by America Nails, we would be here for an hour max to get pedicures and a full set of nails. The quality of customer service is also way lower than before. I’m sad to say it since this has always been our go to spot, but we will not be coming back.

My daughter and I went in for pedicures. It’s been a long time since we’ve had one, and I thought maybe the price had just gone up like crazy in the two years since we’d had a salon pedicure. We were charged $78 EACH for a pedicure. The ladies were friendly (though the one who did my daughter’s kept leaving her mid-paint to take calls outside). Our nails looked cute on the way out the door, but two days later my daughter’s were a chipped mess (she’s 13). When I mentioned this to a friend, she said that was an insane price. I called the salon back and asked how much a gel pedicure runs, and the gentleman said $43. When I asked why we were charged $78, he had no answer. We didn’t get any decals or special extras, just gel, in and out the door in 30 minutes. I’m really frustrated that we paid $160 for two pedicures, and one of them lasted two days.
