My daughter and I had a spa day and decided to go here. I had a pedicure and it was the best ever. I usually can’t stand my feet being touched but I had such a great for massage that it didn’t bother me. My daughter had acrylics put on and she loves them. **Please note, this is my only negative review I have ever given. I went to get my dip replaced here. I ended up with disastrous nails. Then, another nail tech noticed that my nails were terrible and came to take over. The 2nd tech removed the top gel coat from my dipped nails, attempted to re-file them without any luck because the divots were so distinct. She then proceeded to just put GEL polish on top of my DIP powder to cover up the mismatched spots on my unevenly dipped nails rather than redoing the nails. After offer an hour and a half, I was over it and was ready to leave with whatever nails they left me with. Once at the counter to pay, I asked if the total accounted for a discount. The tech passive aggressively said “DISCOUNT FOR WHAT?!” The owner just sat there in observance with nothing to add. At this point, I picked my battles and paid the amount but wanted to share my experience to save anyone else the hassle of a negative service and money wasted. Nobody deserves to be treated so poorly by a business. There are so many other nail salons to enjoy yourself and I suggest checking others out first!

Water was cold for pedicure. I have polish all over my toes. The lady who I am assuming is the owner is completely rude. Zero communication happened during pedicure. Once nails were painted, moved onto the next person without saying a word. We went to put our shoes on after sitting for 10 mins and got yelled at to wait 5 more minutes.

Critical: Quality, ValueWas highly recommended by a few of my friends to get my daughters nails done for her birthday. So we made apt at 5. For her nails and me and her eyebrow wax. Now eyebrows on point ,great job. The nails, first Lady wouldn’t do the ones my daughter wanted(coffin style) so she recommended oval or something. Then couldn’t do the color she wanted. So after we started not only did it take well over an her and it wasn’t busy. But the nails themselves look horrible. The color is everywhere, some spots missing color. And the nails are extremely crooked and standing upward. I asked why it looks like that and she said that the way her nail grows. And didn’t fix it. Paid $78 for nails and wax and ill never go back.
