This is my nails after less than 24 hours of my visit. I went at 8pm last night it’s now 9:56 am & they charged me 60$ I gave a 10$ tip & almost every single nail has already chipped. It’s the dip powder she put three coats on and then a coat for gel sparkles and even that has chipped off the black part so you can see a clear like down the nail. I am so upset I’m waiting for them to open up and depending on how they want to fix the situation I will try to remember and come back with the update.

Never again! I had gone in for an acrylic fill/ repaint. When I had called to ask if they had availability, the lady rudely stated “K just hurry” then hung up on me. Once I arrived, I showed the lady what colors I wanted, and the pattern. After repeating myself of the color pattern, and her reassuring me that she understood what I wanted, still, did NOT give me the design I had asked for. She then continued to not keep eye-contact with my nails and repeatedly filed my cuticle to a point of bleeding and burning. At this point I was at my with-ends. The price was absolutely outrageous as well. There are brush strokes on my nails from the brush, several paint bubbles. Half of the polish is sitting on the side of my skin right now as we speak. The top coat was too thick, that it wiped the paint off of one nail, and she never corrected it. I highly DO NOT recommend this place. I understand people make mistakes, however, I even informed her I had a wedding to attend. The least she could have done, was double check her work. Keep in mind: the “pattern” was just painting the nails with one solid different color on each nail

By far, the best nails salon in town. I’ve been to all until I found this place. And I’m so happy I did. All the ladies are wonderful. Lyn actually listens to what you want, and delivers the service. I’ve never once left the salon unsatisfied. The pedicure she did on me was the best I’ve ever had. I drive 20 minutes to see her, but it’s all worth it. Give American nails a try, you will not be disappointed. I wish I could give them 10 stars.
