For the price I paid I feel like my pedicure should’ve turned out better. My toe nailsWe’re trimmed uneven. The water was too hot and they wouldn’t turn it down. The technician was more focused on her coworker than she was on doing my feet.

My fiance and I went for pedis to get ready for our wedding and we both got the spa pedi with sugar scrub and magic gel. It was amazing! My toe polish is already messed up though, which is why I’m only giving 4 stars (I just left). But I got a dip manicure too and i love it! We will be returning customers for sure!

I went to get my nails done at this salon for an event before Derby weekend. I informed the nail tech that I wanted an emerald green French tip pedicure with regular polish and an emerald green French tip with gel polish manicure. I came at 5:40 and they closed at 7. My nail tech seemed to be in a rush by not doing my French tip pedicure and just painted my toe completely without telling me she wasn’t doing what I asked for. That is completely unprofessional and doesn’t display good customer service. If she did not think she could finish what I wanted within a reasonable time of closing hours then she should have not provided her services. I feel this particular nail tech does not have the passion for providing compassionate customer service to her clients.

I feel pretty confident that I have found my forever nail salon! I love the fact that they open early and take reservations. The facility is clean with a large selection of colors and services. The staff is super nice but doesn’t talk my head off so I can enjoy my time of pampering. They have many regulars here and for good reason.

I was told $35 at first and then I chose gel powder which I knew was $10 more. So I was okay with paying $45 but when we finished, they charged me $68 for a plan purple manicure, nothing special, not even lotion and quite a few crooked nails even after they tried to correct them and filed so hard they filed through my skin. And as soon as I walked out of the door, I noticed bumped on multiple nails. Pretty color but definitely not worth the hour and a half I was there and $68.

I tried this place for location convenience. The reviews are all over the place but I decided to try anyway. Chulie was very thorough and kind. She was gentle with the pedi work. I liked her enough for a manicure add on and it was starting to get busy. She was quicker with that but it was still a nice job. I had an appointment but showed up 2 hrs early and they took me as a walk in with no wait. The place seemed clean and nicely kept. My experience was excellent and I’d come back if I was in town. Honestly, I could NEVER do this job, I’m grateful when I find someone to take care of me.
