Asked for a manicure and sns over my natural nails. Walked in with long nails and asked they not be cut down, but he filed them all the way down to hideous square nubs. On top of that he was so rude and got mad at me because “I didn’t let my nails dry” meanwhile he was the one pulling my hands in and out of the UV light. I never received the proper manicure he only aggressively cut off my cuticles, and he left my nail bed bleeding and swollen. I asked for two lines drawn on and he was so mad he kept restarting them over and over and he left my nails smudged blue and orange. His electric file was on max speed and kept hurting me because it felt like he was rushing. If you go to this salon never sit in this man’s chair. He’s rude and very bad at his job.

Very friendly. She took her time and made sure everything was perfect. Relaxing atmosphere. I rarely get my nails done but I’m getting married. I chose to get the dip nail as it is less damaging to my natural nails. Turned out beautifully.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY PEDICURE SERVICES! I went a week ago for a pedicure and got an infection on my toes, they do not properly clean their instruments!!! I saw the lady pull out a cuticle trimmer from her bag use it on me and place it back inside and put it away without cleaning it off or anything. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Pedicure, Foot massages

Yesterday one of my nails chipped of course after they had closed for the day. This happened maybe an hour or 2 after having them done. I came out with a different set of nails but they are beautiful and different than what I normally get. I came out with a different set of nails but they are beautiful and different than what I normally get. Will not come again. Most painful experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Asked for gel acrylics (coffin shape) and the lady barely payed any attention to what she was doing. I now have very painful fingers from how hard she was filing. My acrylics look uneven, too-layered. Before, I even started the service I mentioned to her that I had cut my own nails, and filed them so she wouldn’t have that much work to do. Once she put the acrylics on, and put the gel she literally started filing my actual nail into a coffin shape. Not sure if she knew how to file when you are working on an acrylic. She over filed my nails to the point where I now have painful gaps in my nails, and you can see where my natural nails used to be. She did this to 3 of my nails, and I probably would have gotten them off, but I wasn’t going to go through all that pain AGAIN. Now I have to wait till the corners of my natural nails grow again to get them off. Worst experience ever. I really do hope I don’t get an infection. My cuticles are all torn from her cutting me with the drill, I could go on. Employees really need to pay more attention to their work instead of talking, and looking away from the client.. couldn’t be more easier than that.
