I went to this place today with my sister in law, because it was the place she likes. As soon as I sat down, I was uncomfortable because of the comments and dismissal of me. One person kind of laughed when it was mentioned that I was her sister in law. The two staff members that helped us were very rude. To others it may seem “cultural” or “just how they are”. Don’t go if you expect to be treated with respect and dignity.

My girlfriend got a manicure and they did not listen to what she wanted very well and rushed during her mani and did a pretty amateur job on them. She was going to get a pedicure as well but after the mani decided not to. Stay away from this place there is plenty of good or at least even decent ones in town.

This place is okay. They don’t do nail designs, I’ve been there twice. Told no both times for the “designs” that I wanted. They also don’t do decorative jewlery. They have a small selection of gel colors. Even tho I felt the my nails weren’t completely painted, I over looked it because the lady was very nice. The ambiance and the ladies are great. You get a sugar scrub of your choosing for pedicure. They have lots of sugar scrubs to choose from. The massage chair I was in gave a very nice massage.

This used to be my favorite spot, would make an apt with Julie because she would do a good job, and time again she would make me wait 10-15 min, she would say sorry I would say that’s ok, but a week ago I made an appointment with her for 10:30 am because that’s the time the owner told me she would have time, I went it a couple of minutes before, I see she’s helping someone else when I asked how long I would have to wait AGAIN she said 15 min and said that I came in late and that was her only response, so I just left and will not be going there anymore. What’s the point of making appointments if they cannot keep them. Very disappointing.
