Critical: QualityI drive from Florissant to come and get my hands and feet done. The “nail tech” Mercy can NOT do nails. I tried her a couple times thinking that maybe she had a bad day but the 2nd time was worse then the 1st time. Then has an attitude when you let her know you don’t like it. I’m sorry but I do not do rudeness at all.. so I will be taking my money elsewhere. I tried her a couple times thinking that maybe she had a bad day but the 2nd time was worse then the 1st time. Then has an attitude when you let her know you don’t like it. I have been going to American Nails for many years during the day. Tonight was the first time I have had an evening appointment with them. I expected them to be tired after working all day. But they were just as friendly as always! I love going to their shop because it is always clean, they do wonderful work, they are always friendly, and I can get appointments on the days that I want them. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The nail technician treated her wonderful, they took their time and did not rush at all and the tech helped her pick out a beautiful color to match her outfit! Overall I always have a good experience and all of the technicians are awesome. They have such a variety of colors to choose from. They do offer walk-ins, but It’s better to make an appointment. Otherwise they’ll say they have time to do your nails, and you’ll end up waiting quite some time.

Customer service needs improvement. They are not as friendly to new customers. They are very nice to their faithful customers which is great but, please show the same friendliness with all customers. They don’t explain any of their packages when you arrive. You have to figure out their system. They have a lot to offer but don’t tell you. I’ve been here three times and there’s no consistancy with the way they treat their customers. There’s a lot of favotisum with their regulars. Their very short staff so when you walk in without an appointment the owner (Tiffany) will ask you to come back at a different time!! Wow..how inconvenience is that!! And when Tiffany the owner gives you an appointment time to be there she doesn’t always remember what she tells you The lady that does the pedicaures isn’t friendly at ALL!! she’s very rude and unfriendly… She’s horrible at doing nails.. she should stick to pedicures… She did my nails and totally didn’t have a clue to what I requested. I walked away very upset my nails were horrible!! I’m two days in and I was so unhappy with my nails that I took the gel off and this is the end results (pic is below) I got my nails done before I went out of town and they looked so bad I took the gel off. I was so embarrassed!! I paid $65 for nothing!! I will never go again. I will make sure that I let everyone know not to go there if you’re a new customer …they don’t treat new customers like their regular customers…I’m posting this on Facebook and all of social media!! I would request my money back but why would I do that if they don’t welcome new customers with a warm and friendly welcome. I pray that they get better. I wish the best for you Tiffany! I POSTED A PICTURE OF MY NAILS AND NOW ITS GONE!! SAD!!

This was a terrible place to send my two girls. I called to make an appointment they said 7:30. I asked how much for a full set of acrylic nails they said $23. Girls weren’t seen until after 8. Charged my one daughter 35$! The other 26$ for the same exact product! NEVER EVER GO HERE…. Girls spent their own hard earned babysitting money on this! Taking advantage of teenage girls! You should be ashamed!!!

it was my first time here, i looked on the website and made sure i was ready to go. Cal was my tech and i’m pretty sure he would’ve done a better job,, IF I BROUGHT ENOUGH MONEY!! the website said $23 for a full set but i was charged $33. thankfully cal still took my $26 bc i intended to tip. my nails are awfully short and not shaped. definitely going to file them down. they said the website is a fake and those aren’t their prices. they charge by length of your nail btw. i will definitely come back again but with more money next time
