I made an appointment for this procedure, just as Julie had asked. My appointment was WITH Julie. I arrived 15 minutes early and instead of starting my service and letting nails soak, she said, “oh, you’re early! Pick color and sit here”. I wound up sitting and letting nails soak, while Julie took another customer and began prep for a pedicure. She came over once to see if the material had soaked off. The very bottom layer had not. I was told that “we want it all off so we don’t have to use grinder”. I’ve been to this establishment over 20 times. So, after waiting 45 minutes, I left. I called Emperor Nail.and Spa and they booked me immediately. Will NEVER return to American nails

I came here to get my acrylic nails filled in. They didn’t have a great color selection for regular polish. The nail technician cut me on my index finger with the file and it’s been hurting and bleeding for the past couple of days. The nail technician was really nice though. Not the best nail set I’ve had, quite a few bubbles and imperfections. I wouldn’t recommend and I don’t think I’ll be coming here again.
