Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI made an appointment here after seeing great reviews and I was VERY disappointed. Several of my gel nails as well as my mom’s gel nails chipped after only a few hours. One of the staff snipped and pulled at my cuticles without even softening them and made me bleed, then blamed me for moving too much. They also cut off chunks of thickened skin off my fingers from near the edges of my nail beds and shamed me for not having better nail care because I wash my hands every 5 minutes as an infant teacher, as though I wasn’t seeking out their help to put my hands in a better state. I made an appointment here after seeing great reviews and I was VERY disappointed. Several of my gel nails as well as my mom’s gel nails chipped after only a few hours. One of the staff snipped and pulled at my cuticles without even softening them and made me bleed, then blamed me for moving too much. My girlfriend and I also got our nails done and it was professional and out of their way special care to make sure you were treated well and timely. He picked up his tools when he saw her getting concerned and said “you don’t have to continue” and walked away.
