So, I came in to get my nails done and I was expecting to see Mariah. (The original owner) but then I come into to see her not there. The nail salon looked different and by that, I mean cleaner and painted. The original salon was a little messy and had very ugly walls. I came in and the new owner, Kim, asked if she could still do it. She was super kind and sweet. A rude customer actually came in and she was super mature about the situation. I let her do my nails and I had low hopes. But they had nice music playing on the TV. A boy was actually going by giving customers water bottles. The nail service was amazing. Turns out Kim has 30+ years of nail experience and I loved how she took her time! She also has very reasonable prices. I totally recommend coming here!

Maria cut three of my fingers and didn’t even say sorry. She didn’t greet me. She stayed on her phone on facetime the entire time. She didn’t ask me what shape I wanted my nails she just made them square. She asked me to pick a color,I did. Then she proceeded to paint the full nail which I didn’t want. When I told her I wanted a design she yelled at me and asked me on how many fingers, but not before rolling her eyes. I asked her politely to remove the polish she had started to put on my nail and that I’d pay for what she’d already done. I asked her how much was it and when she told me I gave her my card and she threw it across the room to her employee to charge my card. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail shop.

This salon is more on the smaller side but I absolutely love it here. Maria always does her best to replicate the images of nail designs I show her and I never leave unhappy. Great atmosphere and music.

Critical: ProfessionalismI had an appointment with them for 5pm, got there and was being charged for $55 for a powder gel in my own nails. Didn’t understand the pricing so I asked for clarification and they straight up said to go somewhere else.

Worst nail experience ever. My nails are crooked. They hurt. Did a horrible job so I had redone and the lady was so rude so another lady came and took over. She did my toes which came out nice. But my nails are horrible. Couldn’t even file them straight across. I’ll never go here again!! Definitely do not recommend!! And they were way more expensive then the normal place I go, Pink Nails on Asylum Ave. Went in a time crunch but NEVER again!! Dont waste your time or money!
