Critical: QualityI wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt because it’s convenient and I initially thought their customer service was great compared to others. I’ve been in twice for both gel and dip manicures. Each time not even a week after they are done I am returning because a nail needs to be fixed. This time it took 20 minutes (and 3 techs) to match my color because I should’ve taken a picture of it when I got it done (they said)…. Well I’ve never had them break/chip after one week so why would I? I am frustrated with the inconsistency and longevity of my nails after spending $55+ to get them done. I’ll be reopening my search for quality, consistent nails that will last. Here is a photo of my “fixed” nail that wasn’t filed down, cleaned up, or matched shape with the others. I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt because it’s convenient and I initially thought their customer service was great compared to others. I’ve been in twice for both gel and dip manicures. Each time not even a week after they are done I am returning because a nail needs to be fixed. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI love every person that works here. They are all so personal with you and very sweet. I love that this time I gave them the colors I wanted for my pedicure and they did such a wonderful job on them.
