Meagan at American mail bar was absolutely amazing!!! She did a spectacular job with my nails and toes. She made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process and she was nothing but professional and kind the entire time! She never rushed me and always triple checked to make sure that my nails and toes were in perfect condition! I highly recommend coming here for your nail needs!

I absolutely love this place ❤. The staff are awesome especially my boy at the front desk who is always cool, sweet and down to earth. I’ve never been to a nail salon that will give you an entire pedicure With the works and actually take their time for $50 (relaxing pedicure). First time here and everything was good until i sat down with nail tech Phoebe. She was aggressive and shut down every concern I had. I went it with an idea, no designs, but she was not willing to work with me on this simple french tip nail. I also requested to get my eyebrows waxed and she ended up having to do the waxing and once again was aggressive and not concerned at all with what I wanted. She overcharged even when the gentleman at the front desk agreed with me that the charge shouldn’t have been added. I’m sure they are a great company, everyone seemed great. I am now leaving with nails I did not ask for. Overall, I would not recommend Phoebe for an services.

Low rating is not Due to their work – but because I called ahead of time asked how long the wait was, told there was NO WAIT at all, and then got there and proceeded to wait 45 mins before I chose to leave. A party of kids came in after I got there and were seen before me as well as several other ladies who asked for pedicures, which is fine all I ask for is transparency and honesty. I just wish they would have been upfront instead of trying to just get customers to come in and wasting my time

I went in on 10/30 for a pedicure and it was so horrible, I didn’t ask the lady to fix anything because I didn’t want to be in her chair any longer. The lady cut the side of my toe nail so deep that the shape was ruined, she did acrylic on 2 toes and 1 was too wide and thick and the other was too short and crooked – it didn’t match up with the other toes. I was charged $75. I called the next day to ask for someone else to fix it. Guy on the phone said to come in and someone will fix it. I go in on 11/1 to get it fixed and Tammy charged me another $10 TO FIX HER EMPLOYEE’S MISTAKE!! She was also very rude the entire time and just wanted to argue with me on why I had to pay another $10 even though I overheard her tell another employee in Vietnamese that the original lady did a horrible job. She even took pictures of my toes because it was so bad. I paid a total of $85 for the worst pedicure of my life. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

Love this place. Been coming here for a few years now. Staff is friendly and courteous. The business is always clean and the ambience is relaxing. I feel relaxed and well taken cared of when I spend my money here. I tried a different location but will continue to go out of my way to visit the I-20 location. Awful experience!!! Had picture of how I wanted my nails (ombré), and got something COMPLETELY different. They even didn’t do the shape correctly. So one hand has the shape of square round, the other hand has different shapes. Had an appt for the mgr to fix my nails the next day; she was late and had the audacity to have an attitude. This lady told me that they would not give me a discount and tried to say they couldn’t do what I wanted. Meanwhile a lady who was walking out at the same time had her nails similar to what I wanted. (Color was the only difference). It’s bad when another employee tells you that they clearly didn’t do what I asked, and could see exactly the problem. That employee and the receptionist were very sweet!!! If only they could have done my nails!!! They need to be the managers instead of who is the current mgr!!!

The absolute best for french mani/pedi. I know there are bad reviews on here but trust me: I have never chosen a specific nail Solon in over 15 years of getting my mani/pedi. I am officially loyal to this shop.
