The individuals at this salon are incredibly rude and inconsiderate. My mother was forced to cancel her appointment (relatively last minute) because she was ill with a stomach flu. As many people probably agree, going to a public place (let alone getting out of bed) is incredibly difficult when you are violently ill. Additionally, this type of illness is usually sudden and unplanned (obviously). The owner of the salon blamed my mother for ruining the stylists day and stated that she was NOT ever welcome back to the salon. This is absolutely unnecessary and unacceptable behavior from a customer service establishment. Please consider this encounter when choosing where to go for your next salon visit. No one should be treated like that.

Took my 7 yr old and 9 yr old boys for a haircut today. Love the atmosphere love the prices and absolutely adore the people that work there! So great with the kids! Talked with them like theyve known them forever. My kids left with a great haircut just the way we wanted and a big smile on their faces!

The older woman is increasingly and incredibly rude. I had talked to her about both of my children’s hair cuts hours prior to the appt and brought pics.. She Didn’t get anywhere close to what we wanted. It took an hour for 2 cuts bc she talked the entire time. I called back today and asked politely asked if she could fix it.. she told me to go else where, not to come back and hung up on me! I have never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism my American male. Ever since Bruce left, this shop has went down hill. DO NOT GO TO THIS “STYLIST”!!! She will mess your hair up big time and then blame you for it
