Make sure you go in with someone for the consultation and compare prices and reviews before you go. I have been here for 3 years and still have not gotten full results, 3k and many painful treatments later, it’s not what I expected and it was expensive. I did not feel too comfortable here. One recent time, I came in for a treatment and there was a fire emergency in the building. Only half my treatment was done and the lady was like “we have to go, don’t need to rush, but don’t take your sweet time either.” I asked her outside what we were going to about the treatment and she said she would call me to reschedule which did not happen. I had to follow up with them.

I received a Groupon from a family member for a microdermabrasion from American Laser Skincare and never got to use it. After calling all last week and this week with no answer I started reading more of the reviews for this business. I have come to the conclusion that the “no answer” telephone etiquette is a norm and the business does not update their holiday hours accordingly. I received a call back finally today and tried to call back however again I received no answer to my call. After experiencing this I asked my family member if they could trade in my Groupon. Luckily we were able to so I took my business elsewhere.
