When I complained because the Vela Smooth was too painful, they refused to give me my money back for the future services I had purchased in a package. No where did it state that there was no refunds. They force you to purchase the services in a package and pay up front, but when you experience it and realize it is not for you, there is nothing you can do. The Vela Smooth does not work. It’s a total gimmick to steal your money. You won’t see results and it hurts terribly.

I can’t even begin to describe the problems I had here. Hair removal isn’t even permanent and they told me it was, not to mention it didn’t even work. I still had all my hair after I was done so I went through 2 years of pain for nothing, but they wouldn’t give me my money back or let me come in for another year for touch ups like they said I would. They told me they would put me on a “payment plan” what they didn’t say is that it was a CC and I was charged up the wahoo in interest. It was almost impossible to pay off! Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
