My wife was very disappointed in this facility she paid over $4000 to have laser hair removal on 3 spots of her body we are 3 months past her contract agreement and still growing hair with . this price I figured they would guarantee no hair as the ads say there’s much better places in town that are half the price that have a lot newer equipment. My wife complained at the end of her contracted agreement and stated that her hair was still growing out they were gonna charge her more money and I think that is completely unfair they also kept their equipment turned down and not turned up like it’s supposed to be . Talking to other people that went were very disappointed with his facility as well I do not recommend Any of their other services

I used a Groupon deal to get 6 laser hair removal treatments done here. With the Groupon deal, you pay all the money upfront through Groupon. I had a great experience with the technicians because they were always very friendly and that’s the only reason I’ll be giving it two stars. I did my consultation in August and started treatment in September. Everything was fine until I showed up for my 6th appointment and they told me I would have to pay for this treatment because I had already done 6 treatments so this one wouldn’t be included in the Groupon deal. I tried to explain to the lady that this was only my 6th appointment because I had been scheduled out 8 weeks multiple times, and skipped a few months and if she could check the records she would see that this was only my 6th time. She checked the records and told me again this was my 7th treatment and I would have to pay for it. So I left my number with her to have her manager reach out when she was back in the office and never heard back. It has been months. I kept track of all my appointments and even looked through my own records to confirm that it wasn’t an error on my end. Even if I had been incorrect, how would you not tell me at my last appointment when scheduling my next one that I would have to pay extra for it. Or tell me before I drove into the office for the next appointment ???

I had the best experience at American Laser med spa! From the beginning to the end and from making appointments for my convenience, there was not one complaint. Alyssa was there throughout the whole experience and she was so sweet! She always made sure I was comfortable and always asked me if the levels were okay. She was super fun and always so accommodating and when she would explain things she made me feel more confident and less nervous. I highly recommend American Laser med spa thanks to Alyssa!

I went in for the facial and loved the instant results! Since moving to Lubbock my skin has been extremely dry and it was nice going in and having a quick session (which I’m a busy woman so 30min was perfect) that left my skin feeling moisturized again. Good experiences all around. I had hair removal with Kate and facials with Miranda. Both of them are completely professional, friendly, and informative. It kept me coming back for more services. I’ve never not felt taken care of. They try to remain very flexible and never cut off or rush through the time needed for my services. The new location has improved. They always keep it clean and comfortable. I keep my eyes peeled for discounts and specials, because although it runs out of my price range, you can catch a good deal every once in awhile. If not, I look forward to my birthday facial each year. A free facial during a scheduled time during your birth month. Definitely check that out. It’s the perfect gateway to learn more about their other services and see exactly how awesome these ladies are.

I paid thousands of dollars for hair removal sessions a couple years ago. However, I’m military and often move around. I was promised by the staff that, since I had paid and was in their system for still being owed sessions, that I could return anytime I was in the area to use the sessions that I am owed. Of course, when I made an appointment and returned to use my sessions, they said they couldn’t because their staff let my info expire. Although the owner and staff remembered me and my situation, they refused to do anything about it. I literally paid thousands of dollars for nothing.

Katy is simply amazing! Always friendly and greets me when I walk in. I have had several laser hair removal treatments and facials, and each time she is always professional, knowledgeable and answers all my questions (even though some of them are redundant). She is the best! I highly recommend her to everyone!
