In 2011, I took my daughters in for laser hair removal the nurse assured me that it was safe for young girls. My youngest daughter was severely burned after the first treatment. I took her back to show the nurse and the nurse gave us some cream and told me not to bring either of the girls back until they became older. On July 2022, I purchased a Groupon laser hair removal for myself. The first 3 sessions were great and on the 4th session a new employee named Jamie told me that I owed a 932 dollar bill from 2011 when my little girls face was burned. I told her what happened and she refused to honor the rest of the Groupon sessions. In the last 11 years I have not ever been billed or gotten a phone call in regards to this matter. I have had dozens of other treatments at this place and there has not ever been a mention of this so called billed dated over 10 years ago. She refused to give me my money back for the Groupon and she refused to honor it. I need someone to clear up this matter immediately and to refund me my money asap. I also want a public apology for this MISUNDERSTANDING, INCOMPETENT RECORD KEEPING, VIOLATING THE NO SURPRISE ACT (HR 133, 116TH CONGRESS} UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR, or whatever else you want to call it.
