I asked for a high bald fade and got a low bald fade. My line up was the only reason why I gave a 1 star review otherwise I would give it a 0. I tried calling 2 days in a row and called a total of about 4 times trying to get an appointment with Nick because I saw his work and it was exceptional but the guy never gave nick my phone number when I called. The only way I got someone to cut my hair was because I was in Saginaw and drove to the place and did a walk in. It has been so hard to find a decent barber or any barber that actually answers their phone. I’m not from here, but I’ll just wait until I go back to Chicago or Texas next time I need a haircut.

If you’re looking to get a hair cut this is place to go. I’ve been going to Adam for about 15 years and never been disappointed. Very clean and friendly environment. You’re greeted as soon as you walk in the door in a very professional manner. Every customer is taken care of with the upmost respect and they insure you are completely satisfied before walking out the door. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I wish i could give this place a -3. I walked in with my 1 & a half year old. I wasn’t greeted or welcomed in. So I said hello first & the guy didn’t even acknowledge me. It also smelled like straight up weed. It definitely wasn’t kid friendly & apparently not woman friendly either! My appt. Was at 3:30pm & I came in about 3 min before my appt. & a guy was cutting a man’s hair. After about 7 min past I asked if he was Anthony. He was rude & did no while laughing. I told him I had an appt at 3:30pm with Anthony. He said Anthony wasn’t even there and he only worries about himself. It was very unprofessional knowing the guy told me he had a open slot for 3:30pm & to not even be there. So after waiting 15min he still want there so i left. He lost a potential customer, money plus a tip! I would NEVER recommend this place. They can definitely learn a thing or two about customer service.
