When my last barber retired after cutting my hair for over 25 years I hated looking for a new barber. Figured Id give American Haircuts a shot and gave Roman a try and honestly I wish I had found him years ago! Hes got great skills, listens to what you want, takes pride in his craft and is just an all around great guy. If you are looking for the best haircut around and want consistency every time go see Roman. You wont be disappointed. I wont go anywhere else!

Sent two teens and my 22.ur old son to them. They wanted a fade but all came out looking partially bald. None were happy. Stylist didn’t listen and took way too much hair off. Prices are higher than average salosn/barbers and to get bad haircuts made it not worth the price at all. Sadly they couldn’t fix what was lost. Can’t put hair back on a head. Used to have better pros last year. Be careful what you ask for and def get someone with more than 1 yr experience. Thought this place hired better pros. Live and learn.

Roman was the absolute worst and unprofessional barber in the shop. Asked for a fade instead he shaves my entire sides and when I question him about it he claims “It’s what you asked for I just cut hair a different way than other barbers.” Extremely unprofessional and would stop during the haircut to take multiple personal phone calls with his brother. Would highly not recommend and hope Roman gets fired. Ridiculous.

You are Greeted by Trey, who checks you in and kindly offers you a refreshment of your choice from either their beer or soda/water fridge or even a whiskey if you are doing low carb. Next, your Barber (My man is Darian W and I’ll wait just to have him) treats you like one of the club, taking care of your aesthetic needs while also creating a vibe of the old school corner barbershops of old where you chat sports, life and anything you want. The music is there to set the atmosphere and the old school aprons make you feel like you are in a high end speakeasy in the 40s. There is a spirit of inclusion as the shop features talented female barbers which helps make you feel at home no matter who you prefer cutting or trimming your salad.

I’ve cut my 4 year old’s hair myself before, but this was the first time he’s had it professionally done. He looks great! The receptionist/dude cleaning up the hair and preparing things around the shop for the stylists was hilarious. 10/10 will bring my son here again, oh and my husband too!
