Today is my birthday and my boyfriend and I when to get our nails done and when I tell you this one experience ruined my entire day. Me and my boyfriend got a manicure and pedicure and I wanted a full set of a simple pink and black set with 1 black heart on one finger and the tech pulled out the stick on hearts which non are black I had to change my whole nails design and settle for a ombré set. I had to stop the other tech from doing my nails bc how come I’m not able to get the design even if it was drawn on. I had to reget my feet done bc he stepped on my toe. This was my first time going here. And I was so happy bc so many people recommended it but when I tell u the customer service was horrible and instead of offering something similar to my design the tech pulls out his phone and starts scrolling and laughing on social media. Thank you for ruining the start of my birthday I thought the experience of getting my nails done for the first time in 2 years should have gone so much better.

They do a nice job on nails but the pricing on the board at the door is not correct. It says $32 for a full set but they charged me $45.

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. The can’t do anything right especially nails dip/power or acrylic manicure. Especially the 2 younger guys and the girl is rude and when you ask her to fix a flaw she made she looks up at you and gives you mean eyes very rude! And don’t even get my started on the pedicures they are worthless and she had my mom’s toe bleeding! Don’t waste your money here if you want a really good manicure and pedicure go to Polished nails in Gallatin TN they are amazing and they can actually speak and understand English unlike anyone at America nails. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I wouldn’t even take my dog here to get her toenails clipped!

So I’ve came here for the last three months and I always get the same nails long coffin shape and I get them ombré with pink and white And he always charges me $45 and then I tip five or $10. Today he charged me $55 and I was like they’re usually $45 and he said no $55 so I don’t know if they raised their prices or they needed some extra money today or something but I don’t think I will be coming back.

I am not satisfied with my nails. I got gel polish done on my fingers and toes. The toes look fine, but the index finger of my left hand ended up having a bubble that the nail tech did not catch and has completely messed up my nails. I have a business meeting out of town and now I have unfinished nails because the nail tech did not check her work. I’m very dissatisfied. Last place I got my nails done, it lasted over 4 weeks. I get my nails done at America nails and they don’t even last two days. (For reference I don’t do heavy lifting of do anything to damage/chip my nails.) This is not worth what I payed.
