This is the perfect place to go if you want no say in what your nails look like! My mom and I went in, my mom wanted just a regular French manicure. I wanted half of them black and half white. We both walked out with pink to light ombré after telling them no we got back “no no they’ll look nice, there very popular.” My mother even told the lady after that she just didn’t like them and they weren’t for her and she said back “go pick out another color” then after my mom got a dark blue she said “they’re so beautiful you don’t want me to paint over them we’ll do a regular manicure next time. We’ve dealt with this on multiply other occasions here with unwanted designs as well. (The pictures are what I wanted vs what I got)

This is a wicked cute salon. Went in for a pedicure and I had a good experience!! I went in the morning. All these reviews are saying how “they want to get it over with” or “it felt rushed” but think about it, it’s the end of the day, their backs probably hurt, you can’t blame them. Their very sweet people. I had a great conversation with one of the men that worked there. There were 3 workers when I was in, multiple customers. They didn’t seem rushed, and they kept the customers that were waiting, happy. On top of that, a lady that works there is pregnant. Pretty pregnant. And she still goes in to help. This salon truly does care about their customers and they left my feet clean and pretty. I am very satisfied.

My friend and I walked in and we had to wait which we didn’t mind but the lady seemed very upset that we wanted pedicures, after we sat to start the pedicures she gave a very big sigh and seemed annoyed and I brushed it off but she continued to show she didn’t want us there and rushed my entire pedicure while everyone else received a better service. I didn’t want to say anything because I have anxiety so I hoped it would get better but it didn’t she was aggressive and cut me twice and she practically rushed me out of the chair and when we went to pay she asked if we were tipping cash so we said yes and she mumbled “good” under her breath and then seemed aggravated I had to get my purse from the car and I handed her a $20 and she looked at me weird as if I was supposed to give her more and then rudely said “are you all set”. Definitely won’t be going back

So…the brutally honest truth about this company as short and sweet as I can make it! I’ve been going for years. I don’t know what changed they use to be the hot spot in town to get a quick and well done manicure and the workers were so sweet. Originally I had given this a 4 star review.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueNever again. I want to start by saying, I have had pedicures here and the person who did them did an OK job. I went in last week for a gel manicure and it was a miserable experience. Not only was the gentleman that did my nails so rude and not friendly at all, but he destroyed my nails. While cutting up my cuticles and causing almost every finger to bleed and in pain, he didn’t acknowledge me at all or apologize. It was terrible to feel non-human to him. Never again. I want to start by saying, I have had pedicures here and the person who did them did an OK job. I went in last week for a gel manicure and it was a miserable experience. Not only was the gentleman that did my nails so rude and not friendly at all, but he destroyed my nails.
