I was completely ignored when I walked in. Even though I had an appointment. The young person who took care of me was rude. All the other ladies were talking and chit chatting and smiling with the person’s in their chairs. She said a total of 4 to 5 words to me. I called back to let the owner know my complaint. And she dismissed me completely. WTH. Not a good experience at all. Will not be back at all.

Just recently went here for the first time and was absolutely thrilled with my haircut! I have only been here once and she did a better job than any place I’ve been to in the area.
